Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States.

We believe in clear and simple policies without hidden fees or unexpected charges. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent experience from checkout to delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your payment has been authorized.

Next, our team will:

  • Verify that the item is in stock or available from the manufacturer

  • Confirm your shipping details and order information

If an item is back-ordered or unavailable, we will contact you with available options before proceeding. Options may include alternate products, revised timelines, or a cancellation with a full refund.

Order Processing & Shipment

Because our products vary in size, weight, and carrier method (small parcel vs. freight), processing and shipping times depend on the specific product ordered.

In general:

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Most orders arrive within a general window of 3–18 business days, depending on the product, carrier, and delivery destination

  • Each product page includes a Shipping tab that shows the estimated delivery window for that specific item.

  • Larger items may ship via freight carriers, which may require a delivery appointment

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders may ship from one of our U.S. fulfillment centers or directly from the manufacturer, depending on product availability and logistics. This helps ensure the fastest possible delivery time.

Damages

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

For freight deliveries:

  1. Inspect packaging and products before signing for delivery.

  2. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery if the damage appears significant.

If you discover any damage after accepting delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and any damaged items.

  2. Email the photos to Sales@TrueRedLight.com as soon as possible.

  3. Visit our Returns & Replacement Policy page for additional details on how replacement items are handled.

While shipping damage is rare, if any product or component arrives damaged, we will replace the item or the affected part at no cost to you.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Missed freight appointments

If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or the mailroom

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
